This wonderfull house was built by an American builder Mr Jack Jhonson who was commisioned to build the house by my wife and I, we mad sure that everything was done to a high standard ! The house was completed aproxematly 24 years ago. About 10 years ago we decided to build a self contained cottage where family, visiters and friends could stay. It is as I just described fully self contained! Most of the furniture was baught in Miami and local. There is full power with a large stand-by generator, there is also internet with cable TV and a normal land line, you also get a good signal on you mobile phone. There is hot and cold water through out via solar panels, there is a very large cysten under the house which catches the rain water which is then used for everyday use! There is air conditioning through out the house along with cieling fans. The kitchen has been fitted out to a european standerd with all modern amenaties, along with a utility room.
